Having worked closely with finance professionals & businesses across Yorkshire for many years, Gemma knows that the right hire goes far beyond a CV. She prioritise meeting candidates face-to-face (or over a proper chat!) to really get to know them. This combination of old-school relationship-building and modern market insight defines how Willow Recruit works.

Many of the roles he manages are contract-to-perm, giving candidates the chance to prove their value while allowing businesses a low-risk way to assess a long-term fit. By prioritising face-to-face contact, Louis understands what drives each candidate, their motivations, and the way they work, ensuring the right match every time.
