The brief was to recruit a Qualified Management Accountant and a part-time Accounts Assistant for a rural office, with the client keen to make the right appointments quickly. Following a previous recruitment process with another agency, they recognised that finding candidates who were the right cultural fit and offered long-term commitment was just as important as meeting the technical requirements.
We successfully placed both roles through a highly targeted LinkedIn campaign, supported by a strong understanding of the client’s values, culture and requirements. This enabled us to identify candidates who were not only enthusiastic and committed, but genuinely suited to office-based roles. Following discussions with the FD and FC, we also identified an opportunity to appoint a developing candidate to the Accounts Assistant position on a full-time basis, providing greater support to the wider team while remaining within the agreed budget.
